Dear diary 📔 - wasn’t the pandemic 😷 such a derailing time for soo many!

The logistics of this trip was almost ptsd inducing 🫠 and in many ways not ideal whilst STILL tapering 😩

But like I say in this, prioritise the things that give you life 🙏🏼♥️

Otherwise this process I’m in is f##king depressing!
I.e - taking it very easy not doing too much ! Not getting over stimulated. Living with a form of disability!

The creative process - I’m BREAKING FREE of the shackles of perfection ! So yes.. I know bits of lip syncing is out, but that’s what happens when you are doing the best with the time you have and what you have. With life..On a shoe string. Think of all the projects never shared due to something not being in their eyes 👀 perfect.

It just wouldn’t sync up so I say f##k it!

Finding a musical collaboration that works is harder than you’d think! It’s taken 38 years to actually record stuff I’m like.. yeah this is sounding alright! ..so thank you Harry ✨!

So I am moving onwards and have recorded new songs with Harry to share 🍃

With the help of the GO FUND me there’s more money to put into making things extra awesome. Lip syncing and all. Heh heh

Who knew late thirties was a time for 🌸 blossoming

I’m enjoying it, embracing the feminine 🍃

We are told aging is a crime! And nothing happens after 25 / 30 .. if you haven’t made it in some way usually in the creative industry.. acting, singing.. art.. by then… then there’s no hope for you..

Well I plan to release some music very soon 🔜 and I’m determined to get my one woman show a stage at 38 🙌🏼

Iv had a whhollle lot of life experience to get through before even being able to make time for my stuff! Financially and emotionally! The older you are the more art you have to create ✨

We’re all on a journey.. let’s embrace blossoming at any age 🙌🏼✨

I hustle, I struggle, I somehow emerge from endless life hurdles health wise and I work for everything I have acquired.. I can come across like I live in a pre owned mansion .. I don’t and I don’t have a trust fund .. I am working from the ground up ⬆️

It’s can be a struggle to step out into the light 💡

With external and internal energetics wirling 🌀

Artists tend to be deeply feeling people so it’s easy to detect negative energy.

It’s not everyone that omits it, and there’s beautiful supportive souls out there!

… however.. in our society and patriarchy I do experience challenges!

Women are made to compare instead of celebrate each other.

Artists are also made to feel that art isn’t important.

How someone appears .. is often not their reality..

And we can never judge a book by its cover ✨

We’re only here once! As far as we know.. in this current life anyways.

Let’s not leave it with regrets.

Healing ❤️‍🩹 The heroes journey 🙏🏼🍃 we are all on it 🍃

We all have obstacles thrown at us and things to overcome in life. To follow the 🪧 signs and the strange coincidences, to listen to where we go next is the 🔑

And here I am in Devon having listened 👂 and I currently feel very peaceful ☺️ solo journeying, learning to truly love my own company and others.

Iv had many obstacles in my life ! 🫠 This journey with #prescribed harm from #medication 💊 is such a long one it’s hard to fathom for many ! The healing can take years on the nervous system.

It’s the tabooo, people don’t like hearing it that’s for sure!

But wow what a heroes journey, one no one should have to undertake. You may find yourself saying pipe down already ! I get it.. it’s tedious for me too.. however it’s good to share our struggles.. life certainly isn’t perfect for anyone..

And really this is to anyone on a healing journey I think it’s universal that time 🕰️ is the healer 🙏🏼🍃 and following what’s right for YOU, not your parents or society !
